George Harrison curates leading international designer brands for the modern man, including brands like Versace Jeans Couture, Just Cavalli, Diesel, Karl & Lagerfeld & more. Established in 1930, they have been a staple in Auckland CBD’s retail precinct.
The Project
Atlas Studios partnered with George Harrison to bring customers a substantially elevated online experience.
By utilising Shopify's native functionality where possible, we kept the project lean while implementing a substantial client wishlist of design and functionality.

The Approach

The right strategy was put in motion to build a website George Harrison would be proud of.
1. Complex Data Migration
Data files were corrupt and missing crucial information. Our engineering team rebuilt the various data points from the ground up to ensure data parity and cohesiveness across the website.
2. Complete Website Redesign
The website was redesigned to cater to the design-conscious luxury shopper. The design process utilised an agile structure to ensure a collaborative approach.
Native Shopify elements were used where possible to minimise code complexity and facilitate ease of ongoing use.
3. Filtering, Size Guides, Automated Collections and Navigation Improvements
Existing filtering, size guides, collections, and navigation simply did not meet the needs of George Harrison.
Atlas Studios built the product data architecture from the ground up to facilitate cohesive filtering and relevant size guides.
Automated collections were added to reduce ongoing management and creation of seasonal and outlet collections.
Navigation was rebuilt with real customer journey data.
4. Implemented and paved the way for a complete commerce ecosystem
Various tracking snippets & missing pixels were installed, and a path was paved for automation and POS integrations to be tackled in the future.
