End-to-end Strategic Campaign Management
A robust, rolling email campaign strategy was implemented with key trading activations. Emails were designed, built, QA'd, approved and scheduled in advance.
Ecosystem Unison and Consultancy
Retention was approached across Shopify & Klaviyo to create positive outcomes. Review App migrations took place and integrations were setup with Klaviyo to drive further AoV and LTV improvements.
Flow Optimisation and Continuous A/B Testing
Missing flows were tailor-made for the client and built swiftly. Existing flows were further improved and a continuous A/B testing strategy was put in place to continue to drive incremental improvements for the client.
The Results
Since the beginning of our engagement, our approach has resulted in a 66% increase in YoY Klaviyo revenue, 70% reduction in Spam Complaint Rates and a 71% increase in YoY net sales in Shopify.
2024 BFCM particularly stood out with a 168% increase in YoY Klaviyo revenue and a 64% increase in YoY Net Sales.
