Our Strategy and Retention teams collaborated with Proferlo to build their Klaviyo programme from the ground up. The goal was to deliver a lifecycle marketing setup that could drive immediate revenue impact while laying a strong foundation for long-term growth. This included a full suite of automated flows across online & offline, high-impact pop ups, and a campaign strategy designed to generate early wins.
Comprehensive Flow Setup
A complete set of automated flows were created, including required POS versions. Each flow was designed to capture customer intent at key points of the journey, with the Welcome Flow quickly becoming the top revenue driver.
High-Impact Acquisition Strategy
A new, branded pop-up was launched to capture new subscribers and funnel them into the Welcome series. This approach generated immediate results.
Campaign Activation
Alongside automation, a promotional campaign strategy was executed to support a key sale. Emails were designed, built, QA’d, approved, and scheduled in advance, ensuring consistent brand presentation and maximised revenue from the promotion.
The Results
187% Net Sales Growth
In the four months following the Klaviyo project, Proferlo’s total store revenue grew by 187%, generating nearly 2.8x more net sales compared to the four months prior.
Mid-Six-Figures in Flow Revenue in Four Months
Automated flows drove a mid-six-figure revenue uplift between May–September 2025.
Over 25% in Incremental Revenue Uplift on Promotional Campaigns for One Sale
A series of promotional emails delivered through Klaviyo supported the promotional activity further, driving 28% more revenue from the campaign compared to similar promotions in the past.
